Progress on Constitutional carry is way too slow but at least we see another apparent success story from Kansas. Although a number of other states are 'considering' this, the total will still only be brought up to six states so far with the Kansas decision - there is a definite need to keep up pressure on state lawmakers to make this a much more widespread acknowledgement of our 2A rights.
Kansans soon can carry concealed weapons without permits or training under a bill signed by Gov. Sam Brownback on Thursday.
The new law, which kicks in July 1, makes Kansas the sixth state to allow "constitutional carry." It will allow Kansans 21 and older to carry concealed firearms regardless of whether they have obtained a permit....... -->
