Gun Control Targets Gun Owners
Some may have heard of this incident, or others like it -- the exact timeline is not known. That aside, here we have a sad example of the ultimate abuse of Second Amendment rights -- purely because one state happens to impose ridiculous restrictions on various aspects of firearms such as ammo type, magazines etc.
Safe passage through any jurisdiction should enable a law-abiding gun owner to travel across any states without fear of arrest, and yet here is a case where the 'victim', yes we'll call him a victim, for safety reasons happened to break his journey for rest. He was then discovered by cops and searched - and there begins the case that quite simply makes a mockery of rights.
