Domestic Marxists capture federal agencies, schools,
corporations, big tech, media—threaten gun rights

It's fashionable to criticize things as "woke" and left-wing, but this disguises the truth. Flat-out Marxist principles and operatives infuse the radical movements now imbedded in our national systems. These directly threaten liberty and The Right to Keep and Bear Arms, in an epic power struggle. Marxism does not allow for private gun ownership.

In Mock v. Garland, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals made the point. This case shows how the state is bending rules and stretching meaning to absorb powers it does not have. BATFE tried to incrementally disarm the public with a rule, again. The estimated 10–20 million wrist-stabilizing braces BATFE is after, have never before been illegal. They are not known for showing up at drug and crimes scenes. This is not crime control, it is aberrant government activity, an ongoing effort by left-aligned forces in government and elsewhere to disarm the public and offset the balance of power the armed populace maintains.

The case turns on whether or not BATFE exceeded its delegated authority, a problem cropping up throughout federal architecture. Observers for years have noticed blatant excesses from agencies wielding power they do not have legally. BATFE usurps the lawmaking role of Congress. It has become not just the bookkeeping entity it began as, but a riot-gear armed law-enforcement army never intended, with inadequate controls.

The win here — and an appeal if there is one to SCOTUS — would have a much-needed chilling effect on agencies that have taken powers never granted by Congress, or the Constitution. Recognizing this, JPFO's founder Aaron Zelman called for abolition of BATFE, producing videos and books detailing their aberrant behavior. BATFE acts like a gang of out-of-control thugs, a band of totalitarians centralizing power. Boot the BATFE.
