Dear Aaron:
Our second annual BOR Day essay contest is under way. We hold an essay contest on the meaning of the Bill of Rights today. Last year we had under 20 submissions. This year we have 63 students turninbg in essays. Three grassroots groups are involved in this effort. They are E Pluribus Unum, Ohio Constitution Defense Council and Peoples Rights Organization. Top prize is $500. Second place is $250 and third place gets $100. Plus some books, flags and freedom documents and a video about the flags of America.
We have 10 Honorable Mentions and the 3 top winners.
