The Dannon Company supports "Million Mom March"
A member of JPFO wrote to the makers of Dannon yogurt asking if/why they supported the so-called Million Mom March. This is the reply they received:

Thank you for taking the time to contact The Dannon Company in reference to our support of the Million-Mom March. We sincerely appreciate the opportunity to share the reasons behind our decision to be involved in this cause. I hope that this letter will provide you new information, and will help you to better understand our decision. The Million-Mom March is an event that is organized by mothers nationwide.
The event is dedicated to the mission of educating our children and our country about the life-threatening danger of guns. The intent is not to ban gun ownership. Rather, the effort is to request tighter gun control and safety. Guns need to be kept out of the hands of people who are violent or deranged and away from children. Specifically, the requests include:
waiting ("cooling off") periods, background checks, licensing handgun owners, registering all handguns, gun safety locks and a limit to the number of handguns an individual can purchase in a month.
